Refund policy

We don’t want herbal remedies returned if damaged, please discard product. We are reasonable as far as damages from shipping, but with careful wrapping & packaging we still cannot guarantee that a package doesn’t get damaged from shipping. Possibly adding shipping insurance may cover these losses, so please feel free to contact us if you received a broken or damaged item.
